Hamburger Chick-Pea Curry

Ingredients
Cooked brown ricecooked chick peasyamgarlicbroccolioilparsleycoconut milk or fatnatural local hamburgersoy sauce and or saltcurrry powderchili powdercreambutterhummous (chickpeas blended with raw garlic, tahini, oil, salt, cumin, parsley, pepper, and lemon or vinager)
Directions
saute:

onions
hamburger
chopped yam
in oil and coconut (coconut from imported food section of grocery store)
On medium heat with:
celery
parsley
curry
partially crushed cooked chick peas, saute above before adding cooked rice, and finely ch0pped broccoli

soy sauce
salt
chili powder
to taste

reduce to Low heat, cover for 10 mins, uncover for 5 mins

serve topped with hummous, cream, and butter.
