Lemon and Honey Muffin Scones

Ingredients
5T Honey1 Egg1/4c lemon juice1 1/4 plain white flour1 1/2 wholewheat flour1.5t baking soda1c Greek Yoghurt1/4c butrter/butter substitute
Directions
Melt honey and 'butter'
Mix thoroughly.
Spoon into muffin cases (can do with fingers as doughy consistency) or form into scones.

Serve warm.
