Sauteed Swiss Chard Medley

Ingredients
1 head of swiss chard2 cups shredded red cabbage1 cup sliced radish1 tomato, diced2 cloves garlic1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Hardware you need:

A chef's knife
A paring knife
A chopping board
A dutch oven
Some bowls

1) Chop your vegetables and place into medium to large bowl.
2) Mince garlic cloves and place in smaller seperate bowl.
3) Heat your dutch oven onto medium and pour a tablespoon of olive oil.
4) After a few moments, put in your garlic and let it brown.
5) Once it's browned, place your vegetables in pot and sautee for 5-10 minutes, depending on your preferred texture.
6) Serve and enjoy. Makes 4-5 1-cup servings.
