1.5 LB ROUND STEAK, SLICED THIN1 BUNCH BROCCOLI, SLICED THIN2 CUPS THINLY SLICED ONION6 CUPS WHITE RICE (COOKED ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS)1 TBSP EACH SZECHUAN SPICY STIR FRY SAUCE AND KIKOMAN STIR FRY SAUCE.
START COOKING THE RICE, ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON PACKAGE. MEANWHILE SLICE THE STEAK , BROCCOLI, AND ONIONS INTO THIN SLICES. COOK MEAT OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT ONTIL ABOUT 3/4 OF THE WAY DONE, THEN ADD ONIONS AND BROCCOLI TO PAN. COVER AND STEAM, THIS WILL CONTINUE TO COOK THE BEEF WITHOUT OVER-OOKING IT. WHEN VEGITABLES ARE CRISP-TENDER, ADD SUACES. STIR AND SERVE OVER RICE.
