2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil2 cloves garlic, sliced1 Portabella Mushroom Cap, chunked
Directions
Heat 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil with the garlic slices in a small saute pan. Add mushroom and cover. Let steam until color has darkened.
