Shredded Mexican Beef

Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 5 lb *Green Chili Peppers, canned 1can*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 12 tsp Old El Paso Hot and spicy seasonOregano .5 tsp Garlic, 2 clove Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Trim Roast of all excess fat. Season with all ingredients above. Let marinate 2hrs to 3days.

Place roast in crock pot with small amount of water. Cook for several hours untill meat is tender and falls apart. 8-10 hours
