Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1/2 c brown rice1 c chopped mangos1/4 c finely chopped cucumber2 tbsp chopped red onion2 tbsp Kdraft Signature Calorie-wise Balsamic Vinaigrette2 tsp canola oil2 tilapia fillets (225 gm)
Directions
Cook rice per package instructions. Meanwhile combine mango, cucumbers, onions and 1 Tbsp of dressing - set aside
Heat reamining 1 tbsp dressing and the oil in a large skillet on med high heat. Cook fish 3 min on each side until brown
Serve with rice and mango salsa
