veggie soup

Ingredients
carrots, celery, onion, tomato, lettuce, garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
heat oil, add garlic and onion and saute
add remaining chopped vegetables
once a little tender add water
loosely mash them with a masher
add salt, pepper and thyme, basil
or Italian seasoning
to keep it low sodium but high taste add a dash of lemon
