Ingredients
Mahi Mahi (2-4 pieces)Garlic Olive Oil 1/2-1 tbspRoasted GarlicDill
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Take 2-4 pieces of filleted Mahi Mahi.. Make tiny slit marks in the top of each piece of fish. Pour anywhere from 1/2-1 tbsp of Garlic Flavored Olive Oil of the fish, then sprinkle with Roasted Garlic and Dill (the amount used of the Roasted Garlic and Dill can vary depending on your taste buds).

Place fish in the oven to Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.

    I made this using Double the - olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, & pepper... made slits on both sides and popped it on the foreman grill at 400 degrees for a few minutes... served w/ asparagus and wild rice.... YUMMY!!! --- This one is going in the Favorites catagory - 6/7/09
