Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1.5 lb lean ground beef, browned4 medium stalks celery, chopped1 medium onion, chopped3 tbsp oregano2 tsp chili powder2 tsp paprika2 tsp black pepper1 large clove garlic1 - 28 oz canned stewed tomatoes1 - 5.5 oz tomato paste2 cups water
Directions
Brown Ground Beef, drain and then rinse with warm water. Chop onions & Celery and saute. Add spices, and then add browned ground beef. Cook for a few minutes then transfer to a slow cooker. Add canned tomatoes. tomato paste and water. Stir and then let cook on low for the day. You can also just cook in the pot on the stove for a couple of hours as well.
If I have leftovers I will add kidney beans and some hot chili peppers, and then you have chili.
