Rumbamel's Spicy Greek Cheese Dip (Tirosalata)

-1 roasted red pepper, rinsed drained and chopped-2 pepperoncinis, seeded and chopped-2 small dried red chile peppers, seeded and chopped (I would wear gloves just in case)-1/2 lb feta cheese-juice from 1/2 -1 lemon-2 t dried oregano-ground black pepper to taste
Possibly using glove deseed your pepperoncini and dried red chile peppers and chop them. Put them in a food processor with the rinsed, drained and chopped roasted red pepper. Pulse on and off until well blended.
Scoop into a bowl and add the olive oil and feta and mash with a fork untl blended. Seasoning with your lemon juice, pepper and oregano.
Chill in a covered dish and serve with baked pita chips or veggies (not calculated in the nutritional values). Makes about 1 cup........8, 1/8cup servings
