Tuna Salad

Ingredients
10 oz solid white Albacore Tuna1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped (about 1 cup)1 tsp distilled vinegarfresh ground black pepper to taste3 tbsp real mayonnaise
Directions
Chop 1/2 of medium onion into small pieces and set aside.
Flake tuna in mixing bowl.
Add 1 tsp vinegar and fresh black ground pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly
Stir in 3 tbsp mayonnaise, and mix.
Chill before serving.
