Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
1 pound cooked shrimp2 lemons, juiced2 limes, juiced1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced1/4 cup red onion finely chopped1 jalepano pepper, finely chopped5 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced1/2 avocado diced1 tablespon roughly chopped cilantro leaves
Directions
Chop shrimp (cooked) into 1/2 inch pieces and place in a medium sized bowl. Add lemon and lime juice and stir in cucumber, red onion and chili. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
