Ingredients
3 lbs Stew Beef2 onions, sliced (or more, i used 3 onions)GarlicLipton Onion Soup MixButterRed WineEgg Noodles
Directions
Throw beef and sliced onions in the crock pot. Add the butter and mix in. Throw on the Lipton soup mix and however much wine you desire. I used about a glass. Let it cook for about 5 hours on high, or longer depending on how you want your meat. If you have a large crock pot you can throw the noodles in 30 min before you're ready to serve, but I can never get the right, so I make them in a pot and serve separately. You can also use less butter in the recipe to make it less rich.
