Buttermilk, Bran and Blueberry Muffins

3 cups natural bran1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup ground flax seed1/2 cup granulated sugar1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 eggs, beaten2 cups buttermilk1/3 cup olive oil1/2 cup molasses1 cup blueberries
In large bowl, mix together bran, flour, flax, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, oil and molasses; pour into bran mixture and stir just enough to moisten, being careful not to overmix. Fold in blueberries.
Spoon into nonstick or paper-lined large muffin tins filling almost to top. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes before removing muffins from tin.
Makes about 20 muffins.
