Quick Margarita Pizza

1 Flour Tortilla, 8in or Burrito Size (could use whole wheat for more fiber as well)1/4 c. Part-Skim Shredded Mozzeralla Cheese1/8 c. Feta Cheese (I like the herb blend)1/2 c. fresh grape tomatoes, sliced in half5 leaves fresh basil, cut into ribbonsdash of saltdash of black pepperdash of red pepper flakedash of garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place tortilla on baking sheet or cutting board (I like to bake my pizza directly on the rack). Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta. Pat tomatoes with paper towel to soak up any extra moisture. Arrange tomatoes on cheese. Sprinkle with garlic powder, red pepper, salt, and pepper.
Bake in upper portion of oven for 10 min or until tortilla is lightly brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and sprinkle basil on pizza. Cut into 8 slices and ENJOY!
