6 chicken breasts1 package Mahatma Saffron Yellow Long Grain Rice (plus just enough white rice to make it an even cup)1 packet dry onion soup mix1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup mix
pour rice into bottom of 9x13 casserole dish
add onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and 3 cans of water. Mix together
place chicken on top
bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes
