1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 clove garlic, crushed1 medium onion, chopped1/2 each red and green pepper, sliced1 Tbsp water1/4 tsp black pepper1 Tbsp curry powder3/4 cup chicken stock

Place all ingredients into slow cooker in order listed. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
