Healthy Bran Muffins

Directions
Dry ingredients:3.5 c whole wheat flour1 c ground flax2 c ground wheat germ1 c gluten1 tbsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder2 c Kellogg's All-Bran cereal1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1.5 c raisins1.5 c chopped walnutsWet ingredients:5 large eggs1 c canola oil1 c brown sugar2 medium bananas mashed1 8oz can tinned pineapple in juice, blended2 c applesauce, unsweetened2 c frozen unsweetened blueberries, thawed
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until mixed. Put in lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 for about 23 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.
These freeze very well and thaw out nicely for coffee break in the morning.
