Excellent! Nonfat Greek yogurt for sour cream (2 ounces), Monk fruit, 0 calorie sweetener, topped plums with "pie spice" from Penzeys(mix of spices). Sliced plums very thin-had about 2 big ones used 8-9 ounces. Like french plum cake I have made in past. Good dessert/ or breakfast.Used 8 inch pan. - 8/31/17

What are the measurements for 60 grams and 300 grams? Anyone know how many cups that is? - 9/9/12

This if a FIVE star for sure! What I made was a four star! LOL! Next time I will remember not to keep "beating" the batter as it went very chewy and I will add some spices to the top of the fruit, nutmeg, etc. However, this is a GREAT recipe and I will make again. Thank you for sharing! - 3/4/10

Fantastic! This turned out great. I sprinkled some cinnamon on top for a little extra flavour. I also had to double the recipe so that it would work with my cake pan. - 9/9/09

Wow! I loved this. I made it with Blackberries and 1 T non-fat whip cream per slice. My husband thought it was great too! I even sprinkled a tad bit of cinnamon on the top of my slice. Thanks, I don't even typically like cake, but I liked this one! - 4/20/09

Can't wait to try this one. I love my Mom's plum cakes she makes every time I visit her in Germany. This one will be a great alternative. - 10/31/09
