Fruity Delicious Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups nonfat strawberry yogurt3 cups apple juice1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango1/2 cup frozen or fresh papaya1/2 cup frozen, fresh, or canned pineapple
Directions
In a blender, add all the ingredients, mix until smooth. If not using frozen fruit add a couple of ice cubes to the mix.
