Hummus (2 tbsp)Fat Free Feta Cheese (1 oz)Roasted Red Peppers (1 oz)Low Carb Wrap (La Tortilla Factory is 50cal, high fiber, high protein, low fat)
So simple, if you couldn't already tell from the ingredients.
Spread hummus on tortilla. Press feta crumbles into hummus and put roasted peppers on top. Roll up and enjoy.

I went crazy for this! Added cucumber, onion, sprouts (sunflower & pea varieties from farmer's market), & cilantro. I also added turkey pepperoni but didn't need it. Used reduced fat feta and extra hummus on lawash wrap. I about died & went to heaven, it's that good! Costs $10 a local lunch shop. - 4/12/15

I added amounts to the ingredient list. That is what I used to get that nutrition info :)
