This is a double batch8 small bananas2 cups splenda4 medium eggs1cup low fat buttermilk2 tsp vanilla1/2 butter4 cups whole wheat flour1 cup oat bran hot cereal (un cooked)1/4 cup crude wheat germ1/4 flax seeds2 cups walnuts
blend wet ingrediants in large bowl, in sperate dish combine dry ingrediants, with excpetion to walnuts, sift well. Combine wet and dry ingrediants as well as nuts and blend. recipe will make 4 full sized loaves or 8 mini loaves. try banana Bread toasted.
