Curried Chicken Fruit Salad

Ingredients
Grapes, 1/2 cup, seedless greenApples, fresh, 2 medium, dicedRaisins, 1/4 cup (not packed) Pecans, 1/4 cup, coarsly chopped Celery, raw, 1/2 cup, choppedTyson, Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinlless 16 oz or about 2 (cook and dice)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1/2 cupApple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Curry powder, 2 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 1/4 tspCoarse Kosher Salt, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, coarse ground, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Core and dice apples, leaving peel on. Chop celery. In a large bowl, toss together apples, grapes, celery, raisins, pecans, and diced chicken.

In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour into fruit and chicken mixture, and toss well. Chill in refrigerator.

Makes 6 one-cup servings.
