Salsa Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)1 cup salsa1/2 cup cheddar cheese1 serving brown rice3 tbsp sour cream (optional)
Directions
Cut chicken breast into 2 inch pieces. Put a small amount of oil in the frying pan and fry the chicken until it is browned on both sides. Once the chicken is browned, add the salsa to the dish. Fix the brown rice according to the directions on the box. When the brown rice is done add it to the chicken and salsa. This gives the rice a really good flavor. Cook for 10 minutes with rice in it. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve with sour cream (if desired).
