Cooked Nopales (4 c)Chopped Fresh Tomatoes (1 c)Chopped Raw Onion (0.5 c)Chopped Jalapeno Peppers (0.25 c)Lime Juice (0.25 c)Salt (1 tsp)
Chop Nopales (if not already chopped) into small peices, boil until cooked. While boiling chop all of the other ingredients except lime juice and salt. Add everything to one bowl, drain the nopales and rinse, add to the bowl, add lime juice and salt and mix well. Refridgerate for 30 mnutes prior to serving.
