Ingredients
1lb and half of lean ground beef,1 cup chopped onion,1 med head iceberg lettuce,1 chopped tomato,3 cup crushed up fritos 8 ozs of low fat kraft italian dressing.optional olives,low fat sour cream.
Directions
cook beef with onion drain the fat put in bowl then combine the rest of the ingrediants.and enjoy.
