Grilled Tuna Steak w/ Soy Sauce-Lemon Juice Marinade

Ingredients
6 oz Yellowfin Tuna Steak1 cup Soy sauce , low sodium 1/2 cup Lemon juice2 cloves Garlic (one for each steak)Salt to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Mix together marinade.
Coat each tuna steak.
Refrigerator for 30-1hr minutes before grilling. (Soy sauce will overpower tuna if you marinate for too long)

Grill for 4 minutes or less per side for 1 inch steaks. Steaks should be firm, with a pink center.

    I made this for dinner and because I was in a hurry didn't marinate the steaks for more than 15 mins and took a suggestion to cook in the frying pan for 4 mins on each side. They were tender and flavorful. I added a few sprinkles of Trader Joes garlic and herb mix to the marinade.Very good. - 6/27/13
