Low Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
White Flour - 1 1/2 CupsBaking Powder - 1 1/4 teaspoonsBaking Soda - 1/2 teaspoonGround Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoonEgg Whites - 2Bananas (Mashed) - 1 CupWhite Sugar - 1/2 CupBrown Sugar - 1/4 CupUnsweetened Applesauce - 1/4 Cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick spray.

Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & both sugars.

Mix in egg whites, applesauce and bananas just until moistened - don't overmix!

Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
