4 TBS Olive Oil, 6 ozs Chicken Breast, boned, skinned cut into bite size pieces.2 cloves Garlic1/2 tsp dried Basil1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms,1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerettes1 Egg lightly beaten1/2 cup cherry tomatoes3 TBS grated Parmesan Cheese12 ozs COOKED, DRAINED De Cecco Whole Wheat Linguine noodlesNutmeg to taste
Heat oil in large skillet and saute chicken, garlic and basil.
Add mushrooms and saute briefly
Stir in noodles and broccoli and heat through
Add egg and stir over medium heat to creamy consistency
Add tomatoes and Parmesan.
Season to taste with salt (IF DESIRED), pepper and nutmeg.
