Three Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas1/4 cup oil1 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt2 cups flour1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)1 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Mash bananas. Add oil and sugar. Mix well.

Soft flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a separate bowl.

Add flour mix to banana mix. Mix until blended. Do not beat.

Add mixture to paper-lined muffin pan.

Muffins are done when a toothpick stuck in comes out clean. Makes 12 muffins.
