*Egg Beaters/Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
I -16oz Egg Beaters(any flavor)5-6 Slices of any kind of bread1-12oz evaporated milk1 pound breakfast sausage1 cup any kind of cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl pour into greased casserol or cake pan 17 to 21 inch. Bake on 350degrees. Cut and eat or put in air tight container and store in fridge.

I use rectangle cake dish and cut appox. 12, 3 inch squares
