1 cup milk1T honey2C buttermilk1.5C rolled oats1C whole wheat flour1t baking soda0.5t salt2 eggs, beaten
Directions
Mix:
milk, honey.
Add:
buttermilk, rolled oats.
Beat in:
flour, soda, salt, eggs.

Fry on a hot griddle immediately, or let sit for 1-24 hours.
