1Ib ground meat4 Cups Cabbage (shredded)2 cups carrots sliced thinly2 packages ramen noodles chicken flavor1/4 Cup green pepper (chopped)1/2 Cup onions (Chopped)4oz can of mushrooms2 cups of water2tblsp soy sauce
Serves 6-8 people.. 15 cups total 1 cup =150 Calories
In large cooking pot brown meat slowly.. drain grease if needed. Add water, soy sauce, carrots, onions, and seasoning from Ramen Noodles. Cook on low heat until carrots are soft and tender. Add noodles (break up) and cabbage. Cover and cook slowly until water is absorbed. Add green peppers and mushrooms.. maybe a little more soy sauce.
