Zucchini 2 cups finely slicedcheddar cheese light 60 grammozarella cheese 60 gregg large 3Bisquiks pancake mix half cuponion 1 medium choppedcrust1/3 cup shortening1 1/4 cup flour2 tsp salt 4 tbsp ice cold water
makes 9'' quiche
for crust pulse flour and salt once in food processor then add chilled shortening and pulse until it looks like coarse meal,then add water 1 tbsp at time,then turn the crust on floured surface ,if needed add another tbsp water.open the crust 9'' and put it in pie plate,bake in oven 400 for 10 mins .
filling saute onion and zucchini slices together .beat milk egg and pancake mix together add cheese and zucchini mix together and fill the pie crust,bake for another 30 mins in oven.
