One Minute Burrito

Ingredients
2 corn tortillas1 slice (1 oz) turkey breast, lunch meat1 slice (1 oz) reduced fat cheese (part-skim mozzarella or queso fresco)
Directions
1. cut the turkey and cheese slices into 4 pieces
2. in each tortilla place 2 pieces of turkey and 2 pieces of cheese
3. place in microwave for 30 seconds
4. remove from microwave and roll up

you may want to add red pepper flakes, chopped onions or garlic powder before microwaving for extra flavor
makes 2 servings
