1/5 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder3/4 cup applesauce1 cup skim milk2 egg whites1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/3 cup Benefiber
Directions
Makes 12 pancakes when I made the recipe. I made 1 serving equal 2 pancakes.

Cook on skillet like you would any other pancake recipe.
