1 roll of Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust3T olive oil2tsp course salt1T fresh rosemary, minced1clove garlic, minced1/2C Classico Sun Dried Tomato Pesto2 plum tomatoes, sliced10 leafs of fresh basil, chopped2C - 2% Shredded Mozzarella
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out crust to approx. 11x12 and starting at the short end fold in half. Press together gently and form into a rectangle approx 6x7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt, garlic and rosemary on top. Gently rub the ingredients evenly on top of crust and bake for approx. 20-25 or golden brown. Turn oven up to 400 degrees. In the following order top the pizza crust with the remaining ingredients. Pesto, tomato, basil and mozzarella. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
