Loved this! I roasted a head of garlic along with the potatoes and then squeezed that into the potato mixture. (Slice off the top, place on tinfoil, drizzle with olive oil and wrap in the tinfoil before placing in the oven) - 1/29/08

My mother used to make these. Her secret ingredient was white horseradish! You will be surprised how a tablespoon of this will enhance the flavor of the potatoes! - 7/16/08

Absolutely delicious, and I'm not a fan of cottage cheese. For seasoning- I used oregano, paprika, salt, & pepper. I also added a little part skim mozz cheese on top (with the parmesan). Can't wait to make this again - YUMMMMM!! - 1/21/08

Try the same recipe with zucchini in place of the potato. It's great if your watching your carbs or are a diabetic. Can be wrapped in foil & cooked on the grill. Also, add some ground turkey or chicken to make it a complete meal. - 7/9/09

I added green onion (1 stalk) to the recipe and would omit the dill, but all in all, pretty darn good potatoes! Thanks for a new potato recipe :) - 4/2/08

These potatoes are so flavorful and creamy. I put the potato insides and other ingredients in my mixer and mixed them to make them a little creamier. They really fluffed up and made extra filling. Everybody liked them, even my husband who hates baked potatoes. - 3/2/09

Versitle - my husband said, "I think you should make potatoes like this all the time!" My own substitutions include: canola oil salad dressing for margarine, pinch of basil for dill & 1/4 tsp. ground chipotle pepper for hot pepper sauce. My 3-year-old doesn't like potatoes but she wolfed these down! - 1/17/08

I may have missed this tip along the way since there are sooo many comments, but you can cut some prep time by microwaving the potatoes the first time around - since they go back in the oven they crisp up just fine on the outside. - 12/29/09

These were SOO easy to make! You couldn't even tell that there was cottage cheese in the mix! I didn't have any dill so I used some garlic powder. These were EXCELLENT! - 10/19/08

I nearly tripled the dill because I love the fresh taste & they tasted fabulous! The prep time is a little long, but worth it. And I was very pleased that I couldn't at all tell that there was cottage cheese in there! - 3/6/08

Sounds yummy!! I'll sub ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese. - 9/30/08

Instead of the hot sauce, we added a small scoop of fresh salsa on top. - 3/29/08

I have been using a mixture of cottage cheese, blended with garlic pwdr and dill (or the seasonings of your choice), as a healthier alternative to sour cream on baked potatoes for years. Thanks for the recipe. - 4/4/08

These were very good, I used about eight very small potaoes and they made very nice appetizers. I think I will try them with cheddar cheese next. - 7/12/08

These were good, but a little on the bland side. Would make again but would play around with the seasonings to kick up the taste. - 4/15/08

Pretty darn good. I didn't add the parmesan cheese and I don't think I missed it. I do think that it could have used more hot sauce though. But, overall, nice creamy taste. - 6/26/08

My husband was cautious of the cottage cheese but ended up loving it! I will definitely make this one again. - 4/24/08

Liked the dill weed; I have never liked cottage cheese, but you can't even tell that it is in there. My kids liked it, too. I didn't add the herb seasoning (not sure what kind of seasoning this was) or hot sauce. Will definitely make again. - 2/11/08
