great soup--I didn't have diced tomatoes so I used a tomato basil sauce that I had on hand!! All the veggies make for a very hearty yummy soup! - 9/12/10

I made this with 1lb of beef arm roast. I added cooked lentils and lima beans to mine and a splash or two of Worcestershire sauce. I served mine thin, but this could be thickened to make beef stew. Thanks! - 3/10/09

I'm so glad that you liked my soup. I make it all the time, especially during the winter months, it seems that I never make it the same way twice. It's a great recipe to play with.
    Thanks for your comment. Enjoy.

I could live on this stuff. I will try it using leftover pot roast next time instead of ground beef-- either way it will be wonderful. - 10/9/08
