Parmesan Fish with breadcrumbs

3 oz. Perch or similar fish1/2 c. Bread crumbs, Italian2 T. Parmesan Cheese1/2 teas. Paprika1/8 teas. Salt1/8 teas. PepperCooking spray
Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan, Paprika, salt & Pepper in zip lock bag. Close and shake. Reopen and put rinsed fish into bag. Close and shake. Place coated fish into oven safe dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes. Fish will be crispy, almost like fried, without all the grease.
