Awesome breakfast sandwich

Ingredients
6 whole wheat english muffins1.5 cups egg substitute, divided3 slices fat free American cheese singles6 Morningstar farms veggie sausage linksSalt (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet, place english muffins open and face up. PLace in oven for 5-10 minutes depending on how crispy you like your muffin. Take a muffin pan and pour 1/4 of egg substitute into 6 muffin wells and sprinkle with salt (to taste). Cook in oven for 5-10 minutes to desired doneness. PLace 6 veggie sausage patties on baking sheet and cook for 8 minutes. In the meantime, slice 3 cheese singles in half. When everything is done cooking, make a sandwich with toasted english muffin, egg, half a slice of cheese, and veggie sausage patty. You can eat right away or freeze until ready to use. Makes 6 servings.
