1 eggBoiling waterCountry Crock Light butterSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat a pan of water to boiling. Creak open the egg and drop the egg into the pan of boiling water. Cook till the doneness you like. 2-3 minutes Remove from pan and serve either in a bowl or over toast which willadd more calories. Top with light butter. Serves 1

    don't need the butter and perhaps it would be better if you put vinegar in the water before the egg so the egg does not separate while cooking. - 9/3/09
