Jen's Bean Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients: *College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 1 cup (remove)*Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 10 tbsp (remove)Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup (remove)Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)*Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 1 serving (remove)*Bearitos Fat Free Refried Beans, 0.5 cup (remove)
Directions
Rinse the beans. Combine all Ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes.

As with any chilli type soup, it is better the next day! Have a couple of baked scoops or sunchips with it and sprkinle some fat free cheese on top. Yeah.

I used 1 cup as my serving size. Depending on the amount of liquid you use, getting 10 cups may vary. But I usually get that much out of a pot. Enjoy.
