Ingredients
12 oz whole wheat veggie spagettione 16 oz silken tofu packetone container of shredded vegan cheddarsmart balance buttery spreadsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook pasta al dente
puree tofu until smooth
plop into a skillet buttered with smart balance or your favorite buttery spread
add shredded vegan cheese
simmer until cheese is thoroughly combined
pour over the pasta
season with salt, pepper, and cayene if you wish~
