Turkey Taco Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey 1 packet taco seasoning1 cup shredded romaine lettuce1 tomato sliced4 TBS light sour cream1/2 cup salsa4 whole wheat dinner rolls or buns
Directions
Heat non stick skillet to medium.

In a bowl combine ground turkey and taco seasoning.

Divide to 4 pattys and cook until inside reached 160 degrees (approx 4 mins per side. )

Meanwhile mix sour cream and salsa in a small bowl and toast the buns.

Spread each bun with 1/4 of the mixture. Top with 1/4 cup shredded lettuce and one slice tomato.

Place hot pattys on top and close. Enjoy.. Its easy and yummy.

    I thought these were okay (I'm not big on Mexican), but my husband thought they were great. "Make them as often as you want" was his feedback. I had one the next day and thought they were much better on day two. Will definitely make them again and often. Thanks for a de-LITE-ful new recipe. - 3/30/13
