Seafood Lasagna

1 tblsp olive oil1/2 cup chopped onions1 cup ragu, parmesan and garlic white sauce3/4 cup milk1/2 tsp black pepper30 medium shrimp1 can crab meat6 lasagna noodles1 tblsp red pepper flakes.
1. Place olive oil in medium sauce pan over medium heat.
2. Add onions; cook until soft.
3. Add ragu, milk and pepper. Heat through.
4. Add shrimp and crab.
5. Spoon sauce without shrimp in bottom of 8x8 pan just to cover.
6. Add 3 noodles (broken to fit).
7. Scoop half of sauce over noodles.
8. Layer another 3 noodles.
9. Add remainder of sauce.
10. Sprinkle red pepper flakes
11. Cover with cheese.
12. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
