Erica's Salada

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup - chopped tomato1 cup - chopped cucumber1 cup - chopped onion(red if best)1- chopped chicken breast1/4 cup - crumbled feta cheese1 cup - brown rice2 tbsp - balsmaic vinegar
Cut up all of your vegetables, set aside.
Cook your chicken, cut into small cube pieces.
Cook rice, place in middle of plate.
Mix chicken with vegetables ( my add pepper to taste).
Place vegetable mixture around rice.
Use baslamic vinegart as dressing.
