couscous and corn salad

Ingredients
1 cup couscous 1 cup boiled water1 1.5 oz. can of cream style corn3 tbsp. butter1/2 cup mozerella cheese
Directions
boil water and pour over dry couscous and cover for 10 min. meanwhile cook corn, butter and cheese in me. saucepan until cheese is melted and blended. add corn mixture to couscous. and enjoy, warm or refridgerate and enjoy cold. We like it both ways.
