ShrimpImitation Crab (if you like)OnionCayenne PepperLow Sodium Soy SauceFrozen Stir Fry VeggiesSesame OilGarlicJasmine Rice to serve with, if you like
Directions
Cut up Onions and Imitation Crab. Throw Crab and Shrimp and Onions into the skillet and saute with cayenne pepper, and garlic, and whatever spices you please. Cook up, then add the veggies (I pre-thawed the veggies) add soy sauce, stir and serve over rice or noodles!!
